Washington State Formative Assessment Comparative Guide - Consumer Report. Together, these documents are intended to help educators, schools, and school districts select and use diagnostic and formative assessment tools in supporting student learning in the areas of reading, writing, mathematics and science. In addition, the technical reports for each subject area provide detailed information regarding the validity and reliability of each assessment included in the Consumer Report.
