We all like to hear good words about our work. Below are some that we've received lately.

It is my pleasure to pass on the good news about the collaboration of Education Service districts in providing quality consistent staff development in our district and our tri county area. As you know we are a remote rural location. Through the efforts of Rinda Conwell of the North Central ESD, and Mickey Garrison of Douglas ESD a team of ESD presenters was put together to present Data Based Decision Making and Data Teams to our total licensed staff April 25 and May 2.

We had a refreshing quality staff development experience here April 25 and May 2. The two day training was delivered by Carol Larson (Willamette ESD), Penny Grotting (Malheur ESD), and Susan Halliday and Marie Balvin (Linn Benton Lincoln ESD). Evaluations by staff were positive and we look forward to completing Standards Based Decision making in the fall. Having skilled presenters willing to come to our location for minimal cost is a valuable asset to our districts.
