In July there are going to be two informal WebEx sessions, Wednesday July 14 @ 1 PM and Thursday, July 22 @ 10 AM, to discuss the technical implementation of a Google domain for a school district. We will have “experts” or people that have already gone down this road with Google who can share their experiences and help lead a discussion about what may or may not make sense for a district. Naming conventions, domain configurations, sharing/security and how decisions now may affect the implementation down the road.
These sessions are designed to get technical people who will be managing these domains together to talk about what works, what doesn’t and hopefully address questions that may not have yet been thought of. Below are the WebEx details for each session, which will also be posted on the EESC website.
