| Dashboards |
Initial dashboards created. Dashboards will be incorporated into our reporting. Currently working on developing our Public Access Group Reports to work with cubes.

| ETLs |
Continue to be reviewed as part of the Data Confidence project. Validations performed by regional data warehouse staff have helped ODE reduce ETL errors. More work yet to do but we have made significant headway.

| Implementation/ Training |
Implementation of the ETL process has taken place. Training will take place as the district staff come on board after the completion of the current phase of the Data Confidence project where we work with the Regional Data Warehouse staff. OSTX training has taken place but is on hold while we resolved the issues with the timing of the release of data. We will now only release data after approval of the request by the sending school or by the lapse of time after the request was made.

| Data Confidence |

| Assessments |
Work has taken place to provide the historical assessment data to the Regions. Waiting for approval letters from a couple of regions before Versifit can test the process with them.

| Error Reporting |
ODE developed some error reporting tools to assist ODE and Regional Data Warehouse staff in resolving errors or validating data loads. This has helped significantly reduce the number of errors. Work will continue and we will start working towards getting district staff to take part in the error correction process.
