Resources for trainers

ESD staff create a number of valuable resources that support the work conducted through TLC. ESD staff are encouraged to forward these materials (fliers, training announcements, power points, etc.) to the EESC School Improvement Director. The Director will then ensure that all ESD staff benefit by sending out a "TLC Approach of the Week" message, and by posting the information on this site.

In addition, coaching support for ESD staff is provided at the quarterly ILC meetings and each year at the OAESD May Conference. Additional coaching opportunities are being explored and will be posted on this site as they become available. Meanwhile, here is some information that may be of help in your training activities:
